We do not conduct NISM examinations, issue certificates, or influence exam results in any way. Registration for the actual exam happens only on the official NISM website.

Content is prepared with care and reviewed against the current NISM workbooks, but syllabi and regulations change — always confirm current exam details on the official NISM website.

Our material is a preparation aid. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, achieve a particular score, or obtain any employment outcome. Any statistics we publish describe past student outcomes and are not a promise of your result.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the site or the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including exam fees, lost income or missed opportunities.

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Where a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will extend your validity period to compensate rather than refund, in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
